Welcome to Royal star Car Rental. These Terms and Conditions (this “Agreement”) constitute a legal agreement between you (the “Renter”) and Ryal Star Car Rental (the “Company”), governing the rental of vehicles from our fleet. By renting a car from us, you agree to abide by all terms set forth. Please read this Agreement carefully.

1.2. Agreement Acceptance: By completing the rental reservation process and accepting the vehicle, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which might be amended later on.
2.1. Eligibility: To rent a vehicle, you must be at least 18 years old. You must also possess a valid driver’s license, which should be in good standing and issued by the jurisdiction in which you reside.
2.2. Credit Card Requirement: A valid credit card in your name is required for the rental. Debit cards, prepaid cards, union cards or cash deposits are also accepted. The credit card will be used for security deposits and payment of any additional charges.
2.3. Identification: You may be required to provide additional identification, such as proof of address and identity, upon request.
3.1. Authorized Drivers: Only drivers in the rental agreement will be authorized to operate the vehicle. All additional drivers must be added to the rental agreement and meet the same eligibility requirements.
3.2. Prohibited Uses: The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, off-road driving, racing, or towing. It must not be driven outside the geographical area specified in the rental agreement without prior written consent from the Company.
3.3. Mileage Limits: Mileage limits may apply. Exceeding the mileage limits may result in additional charges as specified in the rental agreement.
4.1. Start and End Dates: The rental period begins at the time specified in the rental agreement and ends when the vehicle is returned to the Company by the agreed-upon return time and location.
4.2. Early Returns: Returning the vehicle before the end of the rental period may not entitle you to a refund for unused days.
5.1. Rental Fees: The rental fees are outlined at the time of booking and are based on the duration of the rental and the type of vehicle.
5.2. Security Deposit: A security deposit will be charged at the start of the rental period. This deposit will be held against potential charges and refunded upon the return of the vehicle, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
5.3. Additional Charges: Fees for late returns, additional drivers, and refueling will be charged according to the terms specified in the rental agreement.
6.1. Insurance Coverage: Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental price. You may opt for additional coverage, such as Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) or Theft Protection, at an extra cost.
6.2. Damage Responsibility: You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. In the event of damage, you must notify the Company immediately and follow the procedures for reporting and documentation.
6.3. Accidents: In case of an accident, you must contact the police, file an accident report, and notify the Company as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or loss of insurance coverage.
7.1. Routine Maintenance: You perform routine maintenance checks, such as monitoring oil levels and tire pressure.
7.2. Maintenance Issues: If you experience mechanical issues or breakdowns, contact the Company immediately for assistance. Do not attempt repairs on your own without authorization from the Company.
8.1. Fuel Requirements: The vehicle must be returned with a full fuel tank. If the car is returned with less fuel than at the start of the rental, you will be charged for refueling at a rate specified in the rental agreement.
8.2. Fuel Charges: Fuel charges will be calculated based on the current market rates and the fuel required to bring the tank back to full.
9.1. Vehicle Return: The vehicle must be returned to the location specified in the rental agreement by the agreed-upon return time.
9.2. Late Returns: Late returns will incur additional charges based on the hourly or daily rate specified in the rental agreement.
10.1. Early Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement early under circumstances such as violation of the terms, non-payment, or illegal use of the vehicle.
10.2. Default: If you fail to comply with any of the terms of this Agreement, the Company may terminate the rental and seek recovery of any outstanding amounts.
11.1. Liability Limits: The Company’s liability for personal injury or property damage is limited as provided by law. The Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
11.2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, fines, or legal actions resulting from your use of the vehicle.
12.1. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Dubai
